This is an important game for PV in order to make the playoffs. Phil always knows how to get the Vikes ready for GC. So why is there no talk on here of this game?

In the past PV has given GC fits with the spread but GC seems to have improved on that issue plus PV no longer runs the spread (I don't think)
I am sure Phil will have PV prepared but honistly I think everyone knows that a PV win would be a huge upset
That being said while PV can still make the playoffs at 5-5 without winning this game winning it would give them a BIG advantage over the other teams fighting over the last few playoff spots
There's a good chance PV makes the playoffs even without a win Friday...but a win would be nice IMO.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
Was sitting up here in my sweet abode up here in the beautiful fall collored mountains of Lebanon and had a call from one of my friends from down in Kingsport. The guy said that his best friend who lives in GC....he has a kid who plays for GC and he said he came home worried about Friday night. Said that practice had been terrible and that "Big Bill" as he called him had been tearing the paint off the fieldhouse everyday telling the guys how they had better get the lead out before Friday night. And when I say practice has been bad, I reckon practice has been very very bad. Said his friend was really worried and thought GC may have a huge letdown on Friday. To be continued......... and thats great news for us Pioneer fans. We want another shot at the Big Blue no matter where we play.
UNION HIGH SCHOOL BEARS - THE NEW ERA BEGINS
PV probably doesn't necessarily need to beat GC to make the playoffs. But if Kelly drops these last few games (possible) then that helps PV. A win over GC (possible) will really boost things for the Vikings.
Though GC is obviously the favorite, PV can win this game.
it can go ither way tom.
